Founded in 2024, Little Chatham Chef Company, owned by Jonathan and Natalie Spak, is the natural evolution of their 17 years of owning and operating a highly acclaimed full-service inn with a 60-seat restaurant. They focus on providing personal chef services and catering for intimate gatherings, offering locally sourced, globally inspired cuisine paired with personalized, detail-oriented service. At the heart of their culinary team is Jonathan, a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, whose experience spans kitchens from New York City to Colorado. Alongside him is Natalie, whose extensive expertise in hotel and restaurant management & event planning ensures seamless, thoughtful execution for every event they cater.
