Meet the Innkeepers North Conway

Owner and innkeeper Shirley Chu knows just how special North Conway is, which is why she lives to bring all of her guests and visitors at Cranmore Mountain Lodge the absolute best of what the area has to offer. She’s always continually adding amenities, upgrading the property, and finding new ways to impress each guest. One notable project she has recently overseen is the complete renovation of the property’s barn, which can host large parties of up to 100!

For her, running a bed and breakfast isn’t just a business – it’s the chance to reflect on who she is and what she values. She knows well that it’s important to feel at home, and she does her best to make sure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they arrive. She also loves meeting new people, sharing interesting stories, and connecting with her guests over a delicious, home-cooked meal made with the finest local ingredients.

And we must also shine the spotlight on our incredible manager who keeps things running smoothly every day – Amy! Before making New Hampshire her home, she worked at another cozy B&B in her home state of Michigan, where she discovered her passion for hospitality. When she isn’t managing day-to-day operations or helping guests feel at home, you’ll find her indulging in some of her favorite hobbies like cosplaying, baking, dancing, and working out.
